Club Rules & Regulations
Please Read: The following rules are for the protection and benefit of all members. Hillcrest Staff has the authority to enforce these rules and refuse admission.

Failure to comply is cause for immediate suspension or withdrawal of privileges without refund. All persons use the pool & recreation areas at their own risk.
πŸ›‘οΈ Safety & Conduct
  • Conduct: No running, pushing, wrestling, or causing undue disturbance. Zero tolerance for cursing or foul language.
  • Glass Policy: NO GLASS CONTAINERS of any kind are allowed in the pool or pool area.
  • Ball Playing: No ball playing in the 12′ section. No footballs or soccer balls (soft Nerf-style balls only).
  • Life Jackets: Only U.S. Coast Guard approved Life jackets/Vests are allowed in the main pool (with Adult Supervision). Arm swimmies are prohibited.
  • Wheels: No skateboards, scooters, or hard balls permitted inside the pool area.
🏊 Diving Board Safety
  • Weight Limit: Boards are rated for 250 lbs. If you exceed this, DO NOT use the boards.
  • One at a Time: Only one person on the board at a time.
  • Clear the Area: Do not dive until the previous swimmer has reached the ladder.
  • Face Forward: Diving is permitted in a face-forward direction only.
  • Side Diving: No diving off the side in 5 ft water or less. Diving is only permitted off the side in the 12 ft section.
πŸ‘Ά Kids & Baby Pool
  • Baby Pool Age: Limited to children age 7 & under. Adult/Responsible Teen must accompany them at all times.
  • Diaper Policy: Children not potty trained MUST wear a swim diaper AND waterproof pants (elastic legs/waist).
  • Restriction: Children in diapers (including Swimmer Diapers) are NOT allowed in the Main Pool.
  • Changing: ALL diaper changes must be done at designated changing stations in restrooms, not on the grounds.
  • Admittance: Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult unless they have passed the deep-end swim test.

  • Emergency Closing: Times subject to change by management due to weather/occupancy. Bookings will be postponed/rescheduled.
  • Guests: Members are responsible for all actions of their guests.
  • Smoking: NOT ALLOWED on pool property. Please exit to the street and use provided sand cans.
  • Property: Owners are not responsible for accident, injury, loss, or damage to personal property. Active members will be charged for property damage they cause.
  • Refunds: No refunds for lost privileges due to rule violations. Balances reset at end of season.
🚫 Zero Tolerance: Alcohol Policy
No outside alcohol is permitted on site. Anyone violating this rule will have their membership TERMINATED immediately without refund.
We have a licensed Tiki Bar for adult members (21+). Excessive consumption may result in removal and loss of membership.

What type of facilities are available?
Our main pool is 135 feet long featuring two diving boards and in-water basketball. We also have:
  • Wading pool with splash pad and water features.
  • Basketball court, cornhole, ladder golf, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, ping pong, and more.
  • Men’s and women’s bathhouses with changing rooms and showers.
  • Plenty of picnic tables, grills, shaded grass areas, and pool lounge chairs. (Members are welcome to bring their own folding chairs).
Can kids come by themselves?
Members: Children of members are allowed to be at the pool by themselves starting at age 13.

Guests: Children of guests (under 18) MUST have a parent or guardian present initially to complete the waiver. Once the waiver is signed, the parent may leave if the child is 13 or older.
Are kids required to pass a swim test?
Yes. Kids under 13 who want to use the deep end section (12ft) or diving boards are required to pass a swim test.

The Test:
  • Swim two widths of the deep end (continuous freestyle).
  • Tread water for 90 seconds.
Tests are given at specific times during the day (announcements will be made). They are not available on demand.
What are your Hours?
Standard Season Hours: Daily 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (while school is out).

Exceptions:
β€’ May & September (Weekends Only): 11am – 8pm
β€’ School Days (June/August): Weekdays 4pm – 8pm
β€’ Note: Hours subject to change based on weather or staffing.
Are Guests allowed?
Yes! Members are welcome to bring guests. Members MUST be present with their guests at all times.

Guest Fees:
β€’ Weekdays: $10 (After 5pm: $5)
β€’ Weekends/Holidays: $15 (After 5pm: $10)

Is there a Snack Bar?
Yes! We have a full-service snack bar offering everything from burgers and BLTs to ice cream and snowballs.

Food Policy: You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. However, outside food deliveries (pizza, DoorDash, etc.) are NOT permitted.
